Whenever possible, repair or sell used appliances. Unusable appliances may contain recyclable materials such as copper wiring, lead and other scrap metals. Check with scrap metal buyers about preparing or selling these items.

The District would like to thank all residents who participated in the Stark County Appliance Collection from Monday, April 21, 2008 to Saturday, April 26, 2008.  The District collected 1,205 Appliances at PSC Metals in Canton on Saturday, April 26, 2008

Tuscarawas County

The District would like to thank all residents who participated in the Tuscarawas County Appliance Collection from Monday, April 7, 2008 to Saturday, April 12, 2008.  The District collected 406 Appliances at Wallick Scrap Metal on Saturday, April 12, 2008.

Wayne County

The District would like to thank all residents who participated in the Wayne County Appliance Collection from Monday, April 14, 2008 to Saturday, April 19, 2008.  The District collected 1,060 Appliances at PSC Metals in Wooster on Saturday, April 19, 2008.
