The Stark-Tuscarawas-Wayne Joint Solid Waste Management District provides a free year-round tire drop off program for residents of Stark, Tuscarawas and Wayne Counties. There is a 12 tire limit per person per year and the tires have to be off the rim. You can only take car and light truck tires to the following locations:
