Recycling Receptacles Loan Program | The Recycling District

Program Description

The Stark-Tuscarawas-Wayne Joint Solid Waste Management District has recycling receptacles available for community organizations, non-profits and government offices hosting/sponsoring an event in Stark, Tuscarawas or Wayne County, Ohio.

The District is not responsible for collected materials. Participants are required to properly recycle the collected materials at their convenience. For a complete list of public recycling drop-off locations, please see our map listings page.

Receptacles will be reserved and loaned in the order requests are received.

There is no charge to borrow the receptacles. However, if receptacles are significantly damaged, returned late or not returned, there will be a $50.00 fee.

Receptacles Include:

Frame
Plastic/Aluminum designated lids
Clear recycling bags
Billboard sign

If you are interested in borrowing the kit, please fill out the form below and someone will reach out to you. The borrower is responsible for picking up and dropping off the receptacles at the STW District Office in Bolivar.

Participants in the Container Loan Program take part in the program activities at their own risk. The participants shall fully defend, indemnify, and hold the District harmless from any and all claims, lawsuits, demands, causes of action, liability, loss, damage, or injury including without limitation all claims for monetary loss, property damage, equitable relief, personal injury, and wrongful death arising out of any acts, omissions, negligence, or willful conduct of the participants’ personnel or volunteers in association with the Program.
